How it Works       

  • The Employer purchases a high deductible health plan (HDHP) that significantly reduces their insurance premiums. See Exhibit A.
  • The Employees maintain their current benefit levels.
  • The Employer self-funds (subsidizes) the employees' deductible only when utilization (surgeries, lab work, and hospitalization) occurs.
  • Our preferred Third Party Administrator (T.P.A.) administers the plan on behalf of the employer.
